2) Please update KP or MW if you are aware of changes required to any of these lists.
3) If you wish to run a departmental mailing list, please nominate a member of the department to keep the list up-to-date.

To check the current mailing lists of which you are a member, log into webmail gear icon (top right) > Options > groups.
To check the current recipients of a mailing list, open Outlook and follow these instructions. Please contact KP and MW, or your departmental member with responsibility if there are any errors with these lists, or if updates are required.
Alternatively to check the membership of mailing lists to which you belong, log into new webmail (once the migration has begun) > gear icon (top right) > Options > groups > double click an a mailing list.
