This guide will enable staff to:
1) Add an email signature to webmail accounts.

Check:
1) You know your email/resource booking/network password.

Instructions

1) After signing into webmail.
2) Click on the settings (gear) icon in the top right of the screen
3) Type "signature".




4) Click the "Email signature" link which appears.
5) Complete the pop-up box: tick both boxes and paste your signature into the box at the bottom.



6) Click OK.
