Add your email signature to devices you use.

Although signatures can be applied to everyone's accounts automatically, only recipients will see your signature (it will not be visible to you) when doing so. By asking you to add your signature to every device you use, it ensures it will be visible to you. As such, please follow these guides closely.

Please set your signature on each device you use to send emails. It might be quickest to send youself an email containing your signature, so it can be copied and pasted on other devices.
